We encourage Member States to undertake gender analyses of national labour laws and standards and to establish gender-sensitive policies and guidelines for employment practices, building on multilateral instruments, including the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, and relevant conventions of the International Labour Organization.
