٤ - تتخذ الدول اﻷطراف تدابير لتقديم المساعدة الى ضحايا الجرائم التي تشملها هذه الاتفاقية ، وﻹتاحة الامكانية لعرض آراء الضحايا ودواعي قلقهم والنظر فيها في مراحل مناسبة من اجراءات الدعاوى الجنائية ضد الجناة بطريقة لا تخل بحقوق الدفاع ، ولوضع اجراءات تتعلق بقيام الجناة بتعويض ضحايا هذه الجرائم .
