(a) A nomination of a candidate for membership of the Sub-Commission may be accompanied by a nomination of an expert of the same nationality, who shall be elected simultaneously with the candidate for membership, and who may serve temporarily as an alternate if the member is unable to attend;
)أ( يجوز أن تصحب تسمية المرشح لعضوية اللجنة الفرعية تسمية خبير من نفس الجنسية ينتخب في آن واحد مع المرشح للعضوية ويمكن أن يعمل مؤقتا بصفة مناوب له في حالة عدم استطاعة العضو الحضور؛

They refer to the report of an expert of the Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances, in which he states that the primary responsibility for carrying out those tasks remains with the authorities under whose jurisdiction a suspected mass grave falls (E/CN.4/1996/36, para. 78).

(ز) مشاركة خبير من خبراء المديرية التنفيذية في زيارة تنظمها إحدى الوكالات الفنية الأخرى المعنية، مثل منظمة الطيران المدني الدولي، للمساعدة على تحديد احتياجات المساعدة التقنية في مجال مكافحة الإرهاب بذلك البلد ولتيسير تقديم مثل هذه المساعــدة.

14. The Division organized a judicial colloquium on the use of international human rights law, from 25 to 27 May 2005, and a training workshop on implementation of and reporting under the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women from 30 May to 1 June 2005 in Santiago with the participation of an expert of the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women.
