25. I am concerned about the lack of meaningful progress towards the restoration of and respect for constitutional order in accordance with resolution 2048 (2012).

1. The present report is submitted pursuant to Security Council resolution 2048 (2012), by which the Council requested me to submit regular reports every 90 days on the implementation of that resolution, including on the restoration of and respect for constitutional order in Guinea-Bissau, as well as the humanitarian situation in the country.
1 - يُقدم هذا التقرير عملا بقرار مجلس الأمن 2048 (2012)، الذي طلب فيه المجلس إليّ تقديم تقارير منتظمة كل 90 يوما عن تنفيذ ذلك القرار، بما في ذلك إعادة إرساء النظام الدستوري واحترامه في غينيا - بيساو، وكذلك الحالة الإنسانية السائدة في البلد.

30. I welcome the efforts of the African Union, CPLP, ECOWAS and the European Union to harmonize their positions around a shared vision aimed at ensuring unity of purpose and joint action in assisting Guinea-Bissau in the restoration of and respect for constitutional order.
