53- وحثَّ المؤتمرُ الدولَ الأطرافَ، وفقاً للمادة 13 من الاتفاقية، على أن تواصل تشجيع الأفراد والجماعات الذين لا ينتمون إلى القطاع العام، كالمجتمع المدني والمنظمات غير الحكومية والمنظمات المجتمعية، على المشاركة في منع الفساد ومكافحته وشجَّع الدول الأطراف على تعزيز قدراتها في هذا المضمار.

37- وحثَّ المؤتمرُ أيضاً الدولَ الأطرافَ، وفقا للمادة 13 من الاتفاقية، على أن تواصل تشجيع الأفراد والجماعات الذين لا ينتمون إلى القطاع العام، كالمجتمع المدني والمنظمات غير الحكومية والمنظمات المجتمعية، على المشاركة في منع الفساد ومكافحته وشجَّع الدول الأطراف على تعزيز قدراتها في هذا المضمار.

15. Also urges States parties, in accordance with article 13 of the Convention, to continue promoting the participation of individuals and groups outside the public sector, such as civil society, non-governmental organizations and community-based organizations, in the prevention of and the fight against corruption, and encourages States parties to enhance their capacity in this regard;
15- يحثُّ أيضاً الدولَ الأطراف، وفقا للمادة 13 من الاتفاقية، على أن تواصل تشجيع الأفراد والجماعات الذين لا ينتمون إلى القطاع العام، كالمجتمع المدني والمنظمات غير الحكومية والمنظمات المجتمعية، على المشاركة في منع الفساد ومكافحته ويشجِّعُ الدول الأطراف على تعزيز قدراتها في هذا المضمار؛

Article 13 of the United Nations Convention against Corruption mandates States parties to take appropriate measures, within their means and in accordance with fundamental principles of their domestic law, to promote the active participation of individuals and groups outside the public sector in the prevention of and the fight against corruption.
23- وتلزم المادة 13 من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد الدول الأطراف بأن تتخذ تدابير مناسبة، ضمن حدود إمكاناتها ووفقا للمبادئ الأساسية لقانونها الداخلي، لتشجيع أفراد وجماعات لا ينتمون إلى القطاع العام على المشاركة النشطة في منع الفساد ومكافحته.
