21. With the exception of the incidents cited above, UNIFIL did not receive specific information or credible evidence regarding the illegal presence or the unauthorized transfer of armed personnel or weapons in its area of operations, nor did UNIFIL activities lead to the discovery of any arms caches or unauthorized military infrastructure.
