The Board decided that the four organizations should be classified, as recommended, in the General Category, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 12 (a) of Board decision 43 (VII).

In accordance with the terms of paragraphs 12 (a) and (b) of Board decision 43 (VII), the Board decided to grant general category to ICEL and special category to FFLA.

National non-governmental organizations, in the past, have been placed on a Register in accordance with Section III of Board decision 43(VII). There are seven national organizations in the Register.

The proposed Financial Regulations contained in Addendum 1 to the present document are primarily based on DP/1994/CRP.11, to which a few changes have been made to respond, in particular, to paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 of Board decision 94/32 as well as to ensure consistency throughout the document and further enhance clarity.
وتستند القواعد المالية المقترحة الواردة في اﻹضافة ١ لهذه الوثيقة، الى DP/1994/CRP.11 أساسا، التي أدخلت عليها بعض التغييرات للاستجابة بوجه خاص للفقرات ١ و ٢ و ٣ و ٤ و ٦ من مقرر المجلس ٩٤/٣٢، ولضمان الاتساق في جميع أجزاء الوثيقة ولزيادة الوضوح فيها.

44. The Board decided that L'Organisation camerounaise de promotion de la coopération economique internationale, on which background information was provided, should be classified in the general category in accordance with the terms of paragraph 12 (a) of Board decision 43 (VII).
44 - قرر المجلس إدراج المنظمة الكاميرونية لتشجيع التعاون الاقتصادي الدولي، التي قدمت بشأنها معلومات أساسية في الفئة العامة بمقتضى أحكام الفقرة 12(أ) من مقرر المجلس 43 (د-7).

46. Having been informed that the Bureau had concurred with the recommendations of the Secretary-General of UNCTAD (TD/B/40(1)/R.1), the Board, at its 828th meeting, decided to designate and classify six non-governmental organizations for the purposes of rule 77 of the rules of procedure and in accordance with paragraph 12 (a) and (b) of Board decision 43 (VII), as follows:
٤٦ - إذ أبلغ المجلس بأن المكتب قد وافق على توصيات اﻷمين العام لﻷونكتاد )TD/B/40(1)/R.1(، قرر المجلس، في جلسته ٨٢٨، أن يسمي ويصنف ست منظمات غير حكومية ﻷغراض المادة ٧٧ من النظام الداخلي ووفقا للفقرة ٢١ )أ( و)ب( من مقرر المجلس ٣٤ )د - ٧( على النحو التالي:

12. National non-governmental organizations in the past have been placed on a Register in accordance with Section III of Board decision 43(VII) of 20 September 1968, but were not able to apply for observer status with UNCTAD.
12- أُدرجت المنظمات الوطنية غير الحكومية في الماضي في قائمة وفقاً للفرع الثالث من مقرر المجلس 43(د-7) المؤرخ 20 أيلول/سبتمبر 1968، ولكنه لم يكن في استطاعتها أن تُقدم طلبات للحصول على مركز المراقب لدى الأونكتاد.

The Board was also informed that, in conformity with the provisions of Board decision 43 (VII), sections III and IV, and after consultation with the Government concerned (India), the Secretary-General of UNCTAD had included the All India Association of Industries in the register of national non-governmental organizations. 38- كما أحيط المجلس علماً بأن الأمين العام للأونكتاد قد قام، وفقاً لأحكام الفرعين الثالث والرابع من مقرر المجلس 43(د-7)، وبعد التشاور مع الحكومة المعنية (الهند)، بإدراج رابطة صناعات عموم الهند في سجل المنظمات الوطنية غير الحكومية. (للاطلاع على معلومات عن هذه المنظمة، انظر الوثيقة TD/B/EX(19)/L.1).

The Board further approved the request of the International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development (ICTSD), a non-governmental organization which had been granted status in the special category at the sixteenth executive session of the Board, to be reclassified in the general category, in accordance with paragraph 12 (a) of Board decision 43 (VII).
39- ووافق المجلس كذلك على طلب المركز الدولي للتجارة والتنمية المستدامة، وهو منظمة غير حكومية كانت قد مُنحت مركزاً في الفئة الخاصة في الدورة التنفيذية السادسة عشرة للمجلس، إعادة تصنيفه في الفئة العامة، وفقاً لحكم الفقرة 2(أ) من مقرر المجلس 43(د-7).

The Board was informed that, in conformity with the provisions of Board decision 43(VII), sections III and IV, and after consultation with the Government of the Netherlands, the Secretary-General of UNCTAD had decided to enter the Center for Research on Multinational Corporations (SOMO) in the Register of national non-governmental organizations.
6- أُبلـغ المجلس أن الأمين العام للأونكتاد قد قرر، طبقا لأحكام الفرعين ثالثاً ورابعاً من مقرر المجلس 43(د-7)، وبعد التشاور مع حكومة هولندا، إدراج مركز البحوث المتعلقة بالمؤسسات المتعددة الجنسية في سجل المنظمات الوطنية غير الحكومية.

The Board approved the applications of two non-governmental organizations and decided, in accordance with the recommendation of the Secretary-General of UNCTAD and of the Bureau, to designate and classify them for the purposes of rule 77 of the rules of procedure and in accordance with paragraph 12 (b) of Board decision 43 (VII) as follows:
وافق المجلس على طلبين قدمتهما منظمتان غير حكوميتين وقرر، وفقاً لتوصية اﻷمين العام لﻷونكتاد وللمكتب، تسميتهما وتصنيفهما ﻷغراض المادة ٧٧ من النظام الداخلي ووفقاً للفقرة ٢١)ب( من مقرر المجلس ٣٤)د-٧( على النحو التالي:
