Mrs. TOLLE (Kenya) welcomed the timely and comprehensive report of the Secretary-General's expert on the impact of armed conflict on children (A/51/306) and said that a concerted effort at all levels was needed to eliminate the flagrant violation of the rights OF CHILDREN THROUGHOUT THE WORLD.
