The Committee's tasks are defined in article 2 of Decree Law No. 38 of 2002 as follows:

Article 5 of Decree—Law 81 defines the Organización Nacional de Bufetes Colectivos (National Organization Of Collective Law Offices) as a public interest professional legal entity, autonomous and national, whose membership is voluntary and which is regulated by the law and its own agreements and provisions.
وتحدد المادة ٥ من المرسوم بقانون ١٨ المنظمة الوطنية لمكاتب المحامين الجماعية ككيان قانوني مهني قائم لصالح الجمهور ومستقل ووطني، ويكون الانتماء إليها طوعياً وتخضع للقانون ولاتفاقاتها وﻷحكامها الخاصة.

The inspection and investigation of the said charitable organisations is carried out by the Inspection Board of Finance depending on power and authorities especially derived from the Article 20 of Decree Law No: 178 on Organisation and Duties of the Ministry of Finance, and the Article 135 of Tax Procedural Law No: 213.

Military courts are conducted in camera.In treason cases, the 15—day period of incommunicado detention can be extended by another 15, according to article 2 (a) of Decree—Law 25.744.
٢٦- وفي قضايا الخيانة، يمكن أن تمد فترة الخمسة عشر يوماً من الحبس الانفرادي ٥١ يوماً أخرى وفقاً للمادة ٢)أ( من المرسوم بقانون رقم ٥٢-٤٤٧.

13. Article 18 of Decree Law No. 168 specifically provides for the right of workers to receive from their employer compensation for injury and reparation for damage arising from a wrongful act.
13 - وتنص المادة 18 من المرسوم بقانون رقم 168 تحديدا على حق العمال في الحصول على تعويض من رب العمل على الإصابة وعلى تعويض عن الأضرار الناجمة عن أي فعل غير مشروع.

In determining the amount to be paid in compensation for injury or reparation for damage, article 20 of Decree Law No. 168 provides that the dispute resolution body or the competent authority shall take into account the period during which the employee ceased to receive a salary or the extent of the salary reduction.
وعند تحديد المبلغ الذي يتعين دفعه للتعويض عن الإصابة أو عن الضرر، تنص المادة 20 من المرسوم بقانون رقم 168 على أن هيئة تسوية المنازعات أو السلطة المختصة يجب أن تأخذ بعين الاعتبار الفترة التي لم يحصل العامل خلالها على مرتبه أو مدى خفض مرتبه.

Article 16 provides that participants in the trial will not be identified.Article 13 of Decree—Law 25.475 provides for judicial proceedings before civilian “faceless courts”.
وتنص المادة ٦١ على عدم تحديد هوية المشاركين في المحاكمة. ٣٥- وتنص المادة ٣١ من المرسوم بقانون رقم ٥٢-٥٧٤ على اﻹجراءات القضائية المعمول بها أمام المحاكم المدنية " مغفلة الهوية " .

If the contributory months add up to less than four, the average will be determined on the basis of the total contributory months (art. 29 of Decree Law No. 22482).
وفي الحالة التي يكون فيها مجموع اﻷشهر المدفوع عنها اشتراكات أقل من اربعة أشهر، يتقرر المتوسط على أساس مجموع اﻷشهر المدفوع عنها اشتراكات )المادة ٩٢ من المرسوم بقانون رقم ٢٨٤٢٢(.

This grant will still be payable if the mother is doing some paid work (articles 22 and 30 of Decree Law No. 22482 and Supreme Decree No. 029-84-PM).

43. The legislation had also been changed to authorize the National Police to hold a person in custody for more than 15 days in the cases and according to the procedures provided for in article 2 of Decree—Law No. 25,744 (which related to police investigations, pre—trial proceedings and the trial of treason cases).
٣٤- يضاف إلى ذلك، أن القانون عدل على نحو يصرح للشرطة الوطنية بإبقاء الشخص تحت الاحتجاز مدة تزيد على ٥١ يوما وذلك في الحالات، ووفقا للطرائق المنصوص عليها في المادة ٢ من المرسوم بقانون رقم ٤٤٧٥٢ )الذي ينصب على تحقيقات الشرطة، والتحقيق والحكم في جرائم خيانة الوطن(.

(b) storage and illegal possession of explosives, ammonium nitrate or elements that serve for the fabrication of that product, or the voluntary donation of inputs or elements that can be used in the manufacture of explosives for terrorist acts as listed in the previous paragraph (article 1 of Decree Law No. 25659).
)ب( تخزين المتفجرات، أو أزوتات النشادر، أو مواد أخرى يمكن استخدامها في صنع هذا المنتج وحيازتها بصفة غير قانونية، أو التطوع بمدخلات أو عناصر يمكن استخدامها في صنع المتفجرات للقيام بأعمـال ارهابيـة نحو ما ورد ذكره في القائمة المدرجة في الفقرة السابقة )المادة ١ من القانون بمرسوم رقم ٩٥٦٥٢(.

When the case is heard by the Supreme Council of Military Justice under appeal, review or nullity proceedings the assessor or his deputy will join that judicial body as examining officer (art. 2 of Decree Law No. 25708).
ولدى قيام المجلس اﻷعلى التابع للقضاء العسكري بالاستماع إلى القضية في إطار إجراءات الاستئناف، أو إعادة النظر، أو البطلان، سينضم القاضي المساعد أو نائبه إلى هذه الهيئة القضائية بوصفه المسؤول عن التحقيق )المادة ٢ من القانون بمرسوم رقم ٨٠٧٥٢(.

357. The Committee takes note of Decree Law 25,499 of 1992, according to which repentance of one's association with a terrorist organization and information concerning such organizations or which lead to the identification of other persons involved can lead to a reduction in his or her sentence.
٧٥٣ - إن اللجنة قد أحاطت علما بالمرسوم بقانون رقم 499 25 الصادر عام ١٩٩٢ ومؤداه أن الشخص الذي يندم على انتمائاه لمنظمة إرهابية ويقدم معلومات تتعلق بهذه المنظمات أو تسمح بالتعرف على أشخاص آخرين منتمين إليها بوسعه الحصول على تخفيف للعقوبة.

Article 227 of Decree Law No. 67 of 1980 promulgating the Civil Code provides that any person who by his unlawful act causes damage to another shall compensate him for the damage caused, even if was unintentional.
تنص المادة 227 من مرسوم القانون رقم 67 لعام 1980 بشأن إصدار القانون المدني على أن أيَّ شخص يلحق فعله غير المشروع ضرراً بآخر، يلتزم بتعويضه عن الأضرار الناجمة، حتى وإن كانت عشوائية.

Moreover, the continuing applicability of Decree Law No. 2191 on Amnesty, of 1978, has prevented those responsible from being brought to trial.
وإضافة إلى ذلك فإن استمرار تطبيق القانون بمرسوم رقم 2191 بشأن العفو لسنة 1978 قد حال دون تقديم المذنبين للمحاكمة.

Article 6, item " h " of Decree Law nº69 of 21 November 1966 gave the spouse diplomat the right to " to be temporarily released from his/her official duties " (as non-remunerated leave of absence to accompany the spouse that was not taken into account for the purpose of retirement).
وأعطت الفقرة " ح " من المادة 6 من المرسوم التشريعي رقم 69، المؤرخ 21 تشرين الثاني/ نوفمبر 1966، الزوج الدبلوماسي الحق في " الإعفاء مؤقتاً من واجباته/ واجباتها الرسمية " (إجازة بدون مرتب لاصطحاب الزوج أو الزوجة لا تؤخذ في الحسبان لغرض التقاعد).
