The Assembly would recognize the indivisible character of security in the Mediterranean and the determination of the Mediterranean countries to intensify the process of dialogue and consultations, with a view to resolving the problems existing in the region, eliminating the causes of tension and fostering closer European-Mediterranean cooperation.
وتعترف الجمعية العامة بالطابع الذي لا يتجزأ لﻷمن في منطقة البحر اﻷبيض المتوسط، وبتصميم بلدان البحر اﻷبيض المتوسط على تكثيف عملية الحوار والتشاور بغية حل المشاكل القائمة في المنطقة، وإزالة أسباب التوتر وتعزيز توثيق التعاون بين أوروبا ومنطقة البحر اﻷبيض المتوسط.

Also in the preambular part, the Assembly would also recognize the indivisible character of security in the Mediterranean and the determination of Mediterranean countries to intensify the process of dialogue and consultations with a view to resolving the problems existing in the region, to eliminate the causes of tension, and to foster closer European-Mediterranean cooperation.
وتعترف الجمعية في الديباجة أيضا بالطابع الذي لا يتجزأ لﻷمن في البحر اﻷبيض المتوسط، وبتصميم بلدان البحر اﻷبيض المتوسط على تكثيف عملية الحوار والتشاور بغية حل المشاكل القائمة في المنطقة، وإزالة أسباب التوتر، وتعزيز قيام تعاون أوروبي - شرق أوسطي أوثق.

The time has thus come for a process of dialogue and consultations among those that share many similarities and concerns with a view to reaching an early decision on the issue.
وهكذا يكون الوقت قد حان لإجراء عملية حوار ومشاورات بين من يتشاطرون الكثير من أوجه التشابه والشواغل، بهدف التوصل مبكرا إلى قرار بشأن هذه المسألة.

We hope that instead of scheduling a vote, you will resume the process of dialogue and consultations that you had initiated between the group of four and Uniting for Consensus and that you will include the African Union and other stakeholders in such a dialogue.
ونأمل أنه بدلا من أن تقوموا بالإعداد للتصويت، أن تستأنفوا عملية الحوار والمشاورات التي بدأتم فيها بين مجموعة الأربعة ومجموعة " الاتحاد من أجل توافق الآراء " ، وأن تضمنوا اشتراك الاتحاد الأفريقي وغيره من أصحاب المصلحة في هذا الحوار.
