11 - تأسف لعدم إدراج المفوضة السامية مؤتمر عام 2001 العالمي لمناهضة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكراهية الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب، وهو المؤتمر التاريخي الذي يعد علامة فارقة في هذا المضمار، ضمن الإنجازات الرئيسية العشرين التي حققتها المفوضية منذ اعتماد إعلان وبرنامج عمل فيينا لعام 1993()؛

The text also welcomed the determination of the High Commissioner for Human Rights to profile and increase the visibility of the struggle against racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and her intention to make it a cross-cutting issue in the activities and programmes of her Office.
