To adopt, with any amendments, the standardized format for submission of information specified in Annex E of the Convention annexed to the present note;

To endorse, with any amendments that it may deem appropriate, the draft explanatory notes to the forms for the submission of information specified in Annexes E and F, and to request the Secretariat to use them;

In addition, Mr. Komla Sanda (Togo) prepared draft explanatory notes to the forms for the submission of information specified in Annexes E and F, as contained in document UNEP/POPS/POPRC.5/INF/8, which were reviewed by the working group.
