46. UNHCR is also in agreement with the expert group’s proposals concerning innovative and practical measures of International Assistance to the affected third States and fully endorses the concept of burden-sharing (para. 36).

10. Her delegation believed that adequate financial resources should be allocated to the promotion of indigenous people and that States should allocate a portion of International Assistance to the funding of such initiatives.
