82. While noting the amendment to the juvenile justice system by the Acts of 15 May and 13 June 2006, the Committee is concerned that the adoption previously recommended of a holistic approach to addressing the problem of juvenile crime advocated in the Convention, including with respect to prevention, procedures and sanctions, has not been taken into sufficient consideration by the State party.
