39- وتوجد بعض الجمعيات الأهلية التي تعمل حالياً في مجال نظام العدالة الجنائية للأحداث، وذلك في إدارة بعض معاهد الأحداث، وتعمل الجهات المعنية في الدولة على تعزيز دور هذه الجمعيات التي تساهم بشكل فعال في تطوير المجتمع، ومنع ظاهرة المخالفات والجرائم الجنائية للأحداث، وإعادة دمج هؤلاء الأحداث الذين ارتكبوا مخالفات قانونية.
