28. On 3 December 1996, at 1400 hours, five Iraqi shepherds were observed tending sheep at the geographic coordinates of 38S NC 4000063000 on the map of Naft-Shahr, south-west of the Iraqi Waterwheel post, opposite Naft-Shahr in the Islamic Republic of Iran, in no man's land.

12. On 2 March 1997, two Iraqi vehicles were observed moving from the Chalaie sentry post at the geographic coordinates of 38S NC 4300065000 on the map of Naft-Shahr, in no man's land, west of the Gane Kabood River, towards Naft-Khana at the geographic coordinates of 38S NC 4100066000 on the map of Naft-Shahr.

16. On 15 April 1993, at 1700 hours, four Iraqi forces were observed constructing a bunker at the geographic coordinates of 467-545 on the map of Naft-Shahr and Sumar south of border pillar 24/8.

19. On 1 May 1997, at 1000 hours, Iraqi troops based at the Chalani sentry post at the geographic coordinates of NC 4300065000 on the map of Naft-Shahr changed the post's flag.
