Background: Draft rule 19 specifies that the credentials of representatives of Parties, as well as the names of alternate representatives and advisers, shall be submitted not later than twenty-four hours after the opening of the session.
20- خلفية: وفقاً للمادة 19 من مشروع النظام الداخلي تقدم وثائق تفويض ممثلي الأطراف وكذلك أسماء الممثلين المناوبين والمستشارين، إلى الأمانة في موعد لا يتجاوز 24 ساعة من افتتاح الدورة.

In accordance with rule 19 of the draft rules of procedure being applied, the credentials of representatives of Parties, as well as the names of alternate representatives and advisers, shall be submitted to the secretariat not later than twenty-four hours after the opening of the session.
