29. In implementing chapter 13, one of the most important challenges is how to translate the ideas and concepts of sustainable mountain development into real and concrete action, in particular at the national and subnational levels.
29 - تتجسد إحدى أهم التحديات في إطار تنفيذ الفصل 13 في كيفية تحويل أفكار ومفاهيم التنمية المستدامة للجبال إلى إجراءات عملية حقيقية وملموسة، ولا سيما على الصعيدين الوطني ودون الوطني.
