90. In connection with our determined pursuit of systematic and progressive efforts to reduce nuclear weapons globally, we welcome:
٠٩ - وفيما يتعلق بسعينا الأكيد لبذل جهود منتظمة وتدريجية من أجل خفض الأسلحة النووية على نطاق عالمي، فإننا نرحب بما يلي:

3. Calls for the determined pursuit by the nuclear-weapon States of systematic and progressive efforts to reduce nuclear weapons globally, with the ultimate goal of eliminating those weapons, and by all States of general and complete disarmament under strict and effective international control;
٣ - تدعو الدول الحائزة لﻷسلحة النووية إلى أن توطد العزم على بذل جهود منظمة وتدريجية ترمي إلى تخفيض اﻷسلحة النووية على الصعيد العالمي بهدف التخلص من هذه اﻷسلحة في نهاية المطاف، وإلى قيام جميع الدول بنزع السلاح العام الكامل تحت رقابة دولية صارمة وفعالة؛

Moreover, there has been a delay in the implementation of systematic and progressive measures for the transparent, verifiable and irreversible elimination of nuclear arsenals because of the attitude of some nuclear Powers.
وعلاوة على ذلك، حصل بسبب مواقف بعض القوى النووية تأخُّرٌ في تنفيذ التدابير المنهجية والتدريجية لإزالة الترسانات النووية بطريقة شفافة يمكن التحقق منها ولا رجعة فيها.

في المتابعة المتسمة بالتصميم، من جانب الدول الحائزة لﻷسلحة النووية، للجهود المنتظمة والتدريجية الرامية إلى تخفيض اﻷسلحة النووية على نطاق عالمي ويكون هدفها النهائي إزالة تلك اﻷسلحة،

Of transcendental importance in this regard is the pursuit by the nuclear-weapon States of systematic and progressive efforts to reduce nuclear weapons globally, with the objective of eliminating those deadly weapons of mass destruction.
ومما له أهمية تتجاوز ما عداها في هذا الصدد، مواصلة الدول الحائزة لﻷسلحة النووية بذل الجهود المنتظمة والتدريجية لتخفيض اﻷسلحة النووية على الصعيد العالمي بهدف إزالة أسلحة الدمار الشامل المميتة تلك.

2. Calls for the determined pursuit by the nuclear-weapon States of systematic and progressive efforts to reduce nuclear weapons globally, with the ultimate goal of eliminating those weapons, and by all States of general and complete disarmament under strict and effective international control, and invites them to keep States Members of the United Nations duly informed of the progress and efforts made;
المنتظمة والتدريجية الرامية الى تخفيض اﻷسلحة النووية على نطاق عالمي، ويكون هدفها النهائي إزالة تلك اﻷسلحة، ومن جانب جميع الدول لنزع السلاح العام الكامل في ظل رقابة دولية صارمة وفعالة، وتدعوها الى اطلاع الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة على النحو الواجب على التقدم المحرز والجهود المبذولة؛

أما البند الثالث فهو " قيام الدول الحائزة لﻷسلحة النووية ببذل جهود منتظمة وتصاعدية يحدوها العزم من أجل تخفيض اﻷسلحة النووية على الصعيد العالمي، على أن تكون اﻷهداف النهائية من ذلك هي إزالة تلك اﻷسلحة، وقيام جميع الدول بنزع السلاح العام والكامل في ظل رقابة دولية صارمة وفعالة " .

Appreciating also the indefinite extension of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons and acknowledging the importance of the determined pursuit by the nuclear-weapon States of systematic and progressive efforts to reduce nuclear weapons globally, with the ultimate goal of eliminating those weapons, and by all States of general and complete disarmament under strict and effective international control,
وتقديرا منها أيضا لتمديد معاهدة عدم انتشار اﻷسلحة النووية إلى أجل غير محدد، واعترافا منها بأهمية سعي الدول الحائزة لﻷسلحة النووية بعزم إلى بذل جهود منتظمة وتصاعدية من أجل خفض اﻷسلحة النووية على الصعيد العالمي بحيث يكون الهدف النهائي هو إزالة تلك اﻷسلحة، وسعي جميع الدول بعزم إلى تحقيق نزع السلاح العام الكامل في ظل رقابة دولية صارمة وفعالة،

They also reaffirmed their commitment to the determined pursuit of systematic and progressive efforts to reduce nuclear weapons globally with the ultimate goal of eliminating them in the full realization of article VI.
وقد أكدت من جديد أيضا تصميمها على المضي قدماً بصفة منتظمة وتدريجية بهدف خفض الأسلحة النووية كافة ثم القضاء عليها من أجل التنفيذ الكامل لأحكام المادة السادسة.

6. The pursuit of systematic and progressive disarmament efforts will not be complete without a treaty banning the production of fissile material for nuclear weapons or other nuclear explosive devices.
6 - ولن يكتمل السعي إلى بذل جهود منتظمة وتدريجية في مجال نزع السلاح دون وجود معاهدة تحظر إنتاج المواد الانشطارية لأغراض صنع الأسلحة النووية أو غيرها من الأجهزة المتفجرة النووية.

We welcome the renewed commitment by all nuclear-weapon States to the determined pursuit of systematic and progressive efforts towards nuclear disarmament, as reflected in the decision on principles and objectives for nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament.
ونرحب بالالتزام المتجدد من جانب جميع الدول الحائزة لﻷسلحة النووية بأن تتابع بتصميم الجهود المنهجية والتدريجية الرامية الى نزع السلاح النووي، كما جاء في المقرر الخاص بمبادئ وأهداف تتعلق بعدم الانتشار النووي ونزع السلاح.

and acknowledging the importance of the determined pursuit by the nuclear-weapon States of systematic and progressive efforts to reduce nuclear weapons globally, with the ultimate goal of eliminating those weapons, and by all States of general and complete disarmament under strict and effective international control,
وتقديرا منها أيضا لتمديد معاهدة عدم انتشار اﻷسلحة النووية)١١٧( إلى أجل غير محدد، واعترافا منها بأهمية سعي الدول الحائزة لﻷسلحة النووية بعزم إلى بذل جهود منتظمة ومتدرجة من أجل خفض اﻷسلحة النووية على الصعيد العالمي بهدف إزالة تلك اﻷسلحة في نهاية المطاف، وسعي جميع الدول بعزم إلى تحقيق نزع السلاح العام الكامل في ظل رقابة دولية صارمة وفعالة،

Finally, by the fifth preambular paragraph the General Assembly would appreciate the indefinite extension of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons and acknowledge the importance of the determined pursuit by the nuclear-weapon States of systematic and progressive efforts to reduce nuclear weapons globally.
وأخيـرا، بموجب الفقرة الخامسة من الديباجـة تعبر الجمعية العامة عن التقدير لتمديد معاهدة عدم انتشار اﻷسلحة النووية إلى أجل غير محدد وتعترف بأهمية العزم الذي تبديه الدول الحائزة لﻷسلحة النووية على بذل الجهود بصورة منتظمة ومطردة من أجل تخفيض اﻷسلحـــة النووية على الصعيد العالمي.
