6. Article 36 of UNFA provides for the convening of a review conference by the Secretary-General of the United Nations four years following the coming into force of the Agreement to assess the effectiveness of the Agreement in securing the conservation and management of SFS and HMFS.

9 - تهيب بالدول وسائر الكيانات المشار إليها في الفقرة 1 من المادة 10 من اتفاق تشجيع امتثال سفن الصيد في أعالي البحار للتدابير الدولية للحفظ والإدارة التي لم تودع بعد صكوك قبول الاتفاق، أن تفعل ذلك؛

The International Bureau will send a copy of the Agreement to the two parties for implementation;
ويرسل المكتب الدولي نسخة من الاتفاق إلى الطرفين لكي ينفذاه؛

(vi) To present a fully-fledged independent evaluation of the Agreement to Member States for consideration prior to the expiry of the Agreement;

5. Also calls upon States and other entities referred to in article 10, paragraph 1, of the Agreement to Promote Compliance with International Conservation and Management Measures by Fishing Vessels on the High Seas that have not submitted instruments of acceptance of the Agreement to consider doing so at the earliest possible time;

The General Assembly also called upon States and other entities referred to in article 10, paragraph 1, of the Agreement to Promote Compliance with International Conservation and Management Measures by Fishing Vessels on the High Seas (the FAO Compliance Agreement) that had not submitted instruments of acceptance of the Agreement to consider doing so at the earliest possible time.
8 - وأهابت الجمعية العامة أيضاً بالدول والكيانات الأخرى المشار إليها في الفقرة 1 من المادة 10 من اتفاق تعزيز امتثال سفن صيد السمك للتدابير الدولية لحفظ وإدارة البيئة في أعالي البحار (اتفاق الفاو للامتثال) التي لم تقدّم بعد صكوك قبولها للاتفاق، أن تنظر في القيام بذلك في أقرب وقت ممكن.

The contract price was increased during the term of the Agreement to KWD 7,067,765.
وارتفع سعر التعاقد خلال مدة سريان الاتفاق إلى 765 067 7 ديناراً كويتيا.

The President also called on all the signatories of the Agreement to resume dialogue with the aim of reactivating the Government of National Reconciliation.
كما دعا الرئيس جميع الموقعين على الاتفاق إلى استئناف الحوار بهدف عودة حكومة المصالحة الوطنية.

In decision IDB.32/Dec. 6 (d) (vi), the Director-General was requested to present a fully-fledged independent evaluation of the Agreement to Member States for their consideration.
في المقرّر م ت ص-32/م-6(د) `6`، طُلب إلى المدير العام تقديم تقييم مستقل مكتمل للاتفاق إلى الدول الأعضاء لكي تنظر فيه.

(س) إنفاذ أحكام المادة 5 (د) من الاتفاق بغية تقييم الآثار التي يحدثها صيد الأسماك وغيره من الأنشطة البشرية، والعوامل البيئية، في الأرصدة والأنواع السمكية المستهدفة التي تنتمي إلى النظام الإيكولوجي نفسه، أو التي ترتبط بالأرصدة المستهدفة أو تعتمد عليها.

6. Calls upon States which consent to the adoption of the Agreement to refrain from any act which would defeat its object and purpose;
٦ - تطلب من الدول التي تقبل اعتماد الاتفاق ان تمتنع عن القيام بأي عمل من شأنه أن يفسد موضوعه والغرض منه؛

The General Assembly would also request the Secretary-General to transmit immediately certified copies of the Agreement to the States and entities that are entitled to become parties to the Convention and this Agreement, with a view to facilitating universal participation in the Convention.
وتطلب الجمعية العامة أيضا الى اﻷمين العام أن يحيل على الفور نسخا معتمدة من الاتفاق الى الدول والكيانات المؤهلة ﻷن تصبح أطرافا في الاتفاقية وهذا الاتفاق، بغية تسهيل المشاركة العالمية في الاتفاقية.

Brazil is a committed party to the 1995 Fish Stocks Agreement and is convinced of the relevance of the Agreement to the sustainability of straddling and highly migratory fish stocks.
