المادة ٤٢ - التنافس في الحقوق بين المحال اليه ودائني المحيل أو مدير الاعسار

Such special rights include, but are not limited to, any right of creditors of the assignor or the insolvency administrator to initiate an action to avoid or otherwise render ineffective an assignment as a fraudulent or preferential transfer.
وتلك الحقوق الخاصة تشمل، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، أي حق لدائني المحيل أو لمدير الاعسار في بدء دعوى لإبطال احالة أو جعلها غير نافذة المفعول باعتبارها احالة احتيالية أو تفضيلية.
