It also decided that, as a transitional measure, the period of office of members of the Advisory Committee ending in March 2012 would be exceptionally extended until 30 September 2012. Consequently, the report of the Committee on its seventh session will be considered by the Human Rights Council at its twenty-first session, together with the annual report of the Committee, consisting of its reports of its eighth and ninth sessions.
