The Committee recommends that the State party improve human rights training programmes in such a way as to ensure better knowledge, awareness and application of the Covenant and other international human rights instruments, in particular among the judiciary, law enforcement officials and other actors responsible for the implementation of the Covenant.
61- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بتحسين برامج التدريب على حقوق الإنسان بحيث تكفل عِلماً ووعياً أفضل بالعهد وبغيره من الصكوك الدولية لحقوق الإنسان وتطبيقاً أفضل لها، لا سيما في صفوف الجهاز القضائي والمسؤولين عن إنفاذ القانون وغير ذلك من الجهات المسؤولة عن تنفيذ العهد.

3- تُشيد اللجنة بالدولة الطرف لمساعيها المستمرة الرامية إلى مواءمة تشريعاتها الوطنية مع أحكام العهد وغيره من معاهدات حقوق الإنسان.

The State party should maintain and improve the training programme for judges and lawyers, including those who are already employed, about the contents of the Covenant and other international human rights instruments ratified by the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
ينبغي للدولة الطرف مواصلة وتحسين برنامج تدريب القضاة والمحامين، بمن فيهم الذين يمارسون مهامهم فعلاً، على محتوى العهد وغيره من الصكوك الدولية المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان التي صدقت عليها جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية.
