In the letter of 20 November 1995 from the Chairman of the Advisory Committee to the Secretary-General, included as an annex to the Committee's report to the General Assembly mentioned above, the Committee also indicated its intention to consider the conditions that gave rise to the additional requirements at the time of its consideration of the final performance report on ONUSAL, including its liquidation.
٦ - وفي الرسالة المؤرخة ٢٠ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٥ الموجهة من رئيس اللجنة الاستشارية الى اﻷمين العام، المدرجة بوصفها مرفقا في تقرير اللجنة المرفوع الى الجمعية العامة المذكور أعلاه، أشارت اللجنة أيضا الى عزمها على بحث الظروف التي تسببت في نشوء احتياجات إضافية عندما تنظر في تقرير اﻷداء النهائي المتعلق ببعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في السلفادور، بما في ذلك تصفيتها.

In paragraph (d) of its decision 52/485 of 26 June 1998, the General Assembly decided to defer consideration of the treatment of the unencumbered balance arising in respect of the period from 1 July 1996 to 30 June 1997 pending the submission of the final performance report for the United Nations Peace Forces.
١ - في الفقرة )د( من المقرر ٥٢/٤٨٥ المؤرخ ٢٦ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٨، قررت الجمعية العامة إرجاء النظر في معاملة الرصيــد غيــر المرتبط به الناشئ فيما يتعلــق بالفترة مــن ١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٦ إلى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٧ إلى أن يتم تقديم تقرير اﻷداء النهائي عن قوات اﻷمم المتحدة للسلام.

13. In view of its comments, observations and recommendations in the paragraphs above and pending the submission of the final performance report for UNPF, the Advisory Committee is of the opinion that no action need be taken now by the General Assembly in respect of the report of the Secretary-General (A/52/815).
