VII. Reorganization of the Fund or cessation of its activities

Issues relating to the reorganization of the Fund or the cessation of its activities, as well as to the utilization of its remaining resources and property, shall be decided upon by the Board of the Fund and confirmed by the Heads of the States signatories to the Agreement.
