Last but not least, I would like to inform delegations that, at the beginning of the year, the offices of the secretariat of the Conference on Disarmament, as well as all other secretariats which are part and parcel of the Geneva Branch of the Department of Disarmament Affairs, were moved to a new location, just across from the Council Chamber.

15. At the same meeting the Conference received a message from the Secretary-General of the United Nations that was delivered by the Deputy Secretary-General of the Conference on Disarmament and Chief of the Geneva Branch of the Department of Disarmament Affairs, Mr. Enrique Román-Morey.
