13. ٣١- يؤكد الدور اﻷساسي لقوانين وسياسات المنافسة في التنمية الاقتصادية السليمة ويوصي بمواصلة برنامج العمل الهام والمفيد في آلية اﻷونكتاد الحكومية الدولية الذي يتناول مسائل قوانين وسياسات المنافسة، والذي يستمر بدعم ومشاركة نشطين من قبل سلطات قوانين وسياسات المنافسة في البلدان اﻷعضاء؛

1. Recommends to UNCTAD XI the continuation and strengthening of the important and useful work programme on competition law and policy within UNCTAD's secretariat and the Intergovernmental Group of Experts on Competition Law and Policy, which proceeds with the active support and participation of member countries;
1- يوصي الأونكتاد الحادي عشر بمواصلة وتعزيز برنامج العمل الهام والمفيد المتعلق بقوانين وسياسات المنافسة في إطار أمانة الأونكتاد وفريق الخبراء الحكومي الدولي المعني بقوانين وسياسات المنافسة، والمستمر بفضل ما تقدمه البلدان الأعضاء من دعم ومشاركة نشطين؛

1. Recommends the continuation and strengthening of the important and useful work programme within UNCTAD's secretariat and the intergovernmental machinery that addresses competition law and policy issues and proceeds with the active support and participation of competition law and policy authorities of member countries;
1- يوصي بمواصلة وتعزيز برنامج العمل الهام والمفيد المضطلع به في أمانة الأونكتاد والآلية الحكومية الدولية والذي يتناول قضايا وقوانين وسياسات المنافسة وينطلق في ظل الدعم والمشاركة النشطين من جانب السلطات المعنية بقوانين وسياسات المنافسة في البلدان الأعضاء؛

1. Moreover, the Review Conference affirmed the fundamental role of competition law and policy for sound economic development and recommended the continuation of the important and useful work programme within UNCTAD's intergovernmental machinery that addresses competition law and policy issues and proceeds with the active support and participation of competition law and policy authorities of member countries.
كما أكد المؤتمر الاستعراضي الدور اﻷساسي لقوانين وسياسات المنافسة في التنمية الاقتصادية السليمة وأوصى بمواصلة برنامج العمل الهام والمفيد في إطار آلية اﻷونكتاد الحكومية الدولية الذي يتناول مسائل قوانين وسياسات المنافسة، والذي يستمر بدعم ومشاركة نشطين من قِبل سلطات قوانين وسياسات المنافسة في البلدان اﻷعضاء.

The Third United Nations Conference to Review All Aspects of the RBP Set (November 1995) recommended " the continuation of the important and useful work programme within UNCTAD's intergovernmental machinery that addresses competition law and policy issues " .
كذلك فإن مؤتمر اﻷمم المتحدة الثالث لاستعراض جميع جوانب مجموعة الممارسات التجارية التقييدية )تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ٥٩٩١( قد أوصى " بمواصلة برنامج العمل الهام والمفيد في إطار آلية اﻷونكتاد الحكومية الدولية التي تتناول قانون المنافسة وقضايا السياسة العامة " .

2- يؤكد من جديد كذلك الدور الأساسي لقوانين وسياسات المنافسة في التنمية الاقتصادية السليمة، ويوصي بمواصلة وتعزيز برنامج العمل الهام والمفيد المضطلع به في أمانة الأونكتاد والآلية الحكومية الدولية التي تتناول مسائل قوانين وسياسات المنافسة والتي تعمل بدعم ومشاركة نشطين من قبل السلطات المعنية بقوانين وسياسات المنافسة في البلدان الأعضاء؛

It also reaffirmed the " fundamental role of competition law and policy for sound economic development and recommended the continuation and strengthening of the important and useful work programme within UNCTAD's secretariat and the intergovernmental machinery that addresses CLP issues and proceeds with the active support and participation of CLP authorities of member countries " .
وأكد من جديد أيضاً " الدور الأساسي لقوانين وسياسات المنافسة في التنمية الاقتصادية السليمة، وأوصى بمواصلة وتعزيز برنامج العمل الهام والمفيد المضطلع به في أمانة الأونكتاد والآلية المالية الدولية التي تتناول مسائل قوانين وسياسات المنافسة والتي تعمل بدعم ومشاركة نشطين من قِبل السلطات المعنية بقوانين وسياسات المنافسة في البلدان الأعضاء " .

This had been confirmed by the Group's examination of its functions and methods of work and was reflected in its agreed conclusions, namely in operative paragraphs 1 and 2, the former recommending " the continuation of the important and useful work programme being carried out ... within the UNCTAD intergovernmental machinery, which has the active support and participation of the competition law and policy authorities of member States " .
وهذا ما أكدته دراسة الفريق لوظائفه وأساليب عمله، وهو ما ينعكس في استنتاجاته المتفق عليها، ولا سيما في الفقرتين ١ و٢ من المنطوق، حيث توصي الفقرة اﻷولى ﺑ " مواصلة برنامج العمل الهام والمفيد الذي يجري تنفيذه ... ضمن اﻵلية الحكومية الدولية لﻷونكتاد، والذي يحظى بدعم ومشاركة نشيطين من جانب السلطات المعنية بقوانين وسياسات المنافسة في الدول اﻷعضاء " .
