In response, the Finance Minister of Republika Srpska requested -- and the Governing Board of the Indirect Taxation Authority unanimously adopted -- two conclusions on this matter: (a) the Governing Board has no capacity to decide on indirect tax revenue rebalancing; and (b) therefore, a new legal solution for indirect tax revenue allocation is to be proposed.
