Third: It is also agreed that the necessary measures will be taken to promote the earliest possible entry into force of the Inter-American Convention against Corruption in all the States of the hemisphere and the adaptation of the domestic legislation of all States parties to the Convention in order to facilitate its effective implementation and use in preventing, detecting, penalizing and eradicating corruption.
