Letter dated 8 April (S/1998/311) from the representative of Qatar addressed to the Secretary-General, transmitting the final communiqué of the twenty-fifth session of the Islamic Conference of Foreign Ministers (Session for a Better Future for the Peoples of the Islamic Ummah) held at Doha from 15 to 17 March 1998.

24. Calls upon the Member States to extend all support to the Programme in the spirit of progress and development of the Islamic Ummah.
24 - يدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى تقديم الدعم الكامل للبرنامج في سبيل رقي الأمة الإسلامية وتنميتها؛

56. Reaffirms the solidarity of the Islamic Ummah with the peoples of the Sahel.
56 - يؤكد مجددا تضامن الأمة الإسلامية مع شعوب الساحل؛

JAMMU AND KASHMIR DISPUTE Reaffirming the principles and objectives of the Charter of the Organization of Islamic Conference which emphasize the common goals and destiny of the peoples of the Islamic Ummah;
إذ يؤكد مبادئ ميثاق منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي وأهدافه التي تركز على وحدة غايات ومصير شعوب الأمة الإسلامية ،

In application of the teachings and noble principles of the glorious Islamic religion which urge the consolidation of solidarity and fraternity among the members of the Islamic Ummah; the opposition to sedition; and the resort to coordination and consultations among members of the Ummah in all matters;
إذ يستند إلى تعاليم الدين الإسلامي الحنيف ومبادئه السمحة التي تحث على دعم التضامن والإخاء ونبذ الفتنة بين أبناء الأمة الإسلامية ، واللجوء إلى التنسيق والشورى في جميع الأمور بين أبناء الأمة،

Realizing the responsibility of the Islamic Ummah for the future of Muslim nations which inhabit the Aral Sea region and Semipalatinsk nuclear test site zone;
وإذ يقدر مسؤولية الأمة الإسلامية تجاه مصير الشعوب المسلمة التي تعيش في منطقة بحر الأرال وفي موقع التجارب النووية بمنطقة سيميبالا تنسك،

4. Stresses that the Palestinian cause and the question of Al-Quds Al-Sharif should be the primary issues on which Member States must adopt a unified stand in international fora, along with other causes of the Islamic Ummah.
4 - يؤكد أن القضية الفلسطينية ومسألة القدس الشريف، يجب أن تكون أولى القضايا التي يجب أن تتخذ الدول الأعضاء موقفاً موحداً بشأنها، في المحافل الدولية جنباً إلى جنب، مع قضايا الأمة الإسلامية الأخرى؛

37/31-E Role of the Islamic Ummah in the twenty-first century
قرار رقم 37/31 - أق بشأن دور الأمة الإسلامية في القرن الحادي والعشرين

1. Reaffirms the solidarity of the Islamic Ummah with the peoples of the Sahel.
1 - يؤكد مجددا تضامن الأمة الإسلامية مع شعوب الساحل.

7. Calls upon the Member States to extend all voluntary support to the Programme in the spirit of progress and development of the Islamic Ummah.
7 - يدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى تقديم جميع أشكال الدعم الطوعي للبرنامج في سبيل رقي الأمة الإسلامية وتنميتها.

It therefore reaffirmed its decision that any reform proposal which neglects the adequate representation of the Islamic Ummah in any category of membership in an extended Security Council will not be acceptable to the Islamic World.
وعليه، فقد أكد مجدداً قراره القاضي بأن أي مقترح إصلاح يتجاهل التمثيل الملائم للأمة الإسلامية ضمن أية فئة من فئات العضوية في مجلس الأمن الموسع لن يحظى بالقبول لدى العالم الإسلامي.

بها نص البيان الختامي الصادر عن الدورة الخامسة والعشــرين للمؤتمــر اﻹسلامي لوزراء الخارجية )دورة من أجل غد أفضل لشعوب اﻷمة الاسلامية(، المعقودة في الــدوحة، قطــر، فــي الفترة من ١٥ إلى ١٧ آذار/ مارس ١٩٩٨.

97. The Conference commended the activities of COMSTECH and ISESCO for their efforts in the service of the Islamic Ummah and called for their support.
97 - نوه المؤتمر بنشاطات كل من الكومستيك والإيسيسكو لما تبذلانه من جهود في خدمة قضايا الأُمة الإسلامية ودعا إلى دعمهما.
