Information on the implementation of the Law of Mongolia on its nuclear-weapon-free status and resolution of the State Great Hural

Based on the all above and in connection with the adoption of the Law of Mongolia on nuclear-weapon-free status, the State Great Hural of Mongolia resolves:
واستنادا إلى ما تقدم وفيما يتعلق باعتماد قانون منغوليا بشأن مركزها كمنطقة خالية من الأسلحة النووية، يُقرر المجلس الأعلى لمنغوليا ما يلي:

2. The present Resolution shall be implemented from the day of the entry into force of the Law of Mongolia on the nuclear-weapon-free status.
2 - يسري هذا القرار ابتداء من تاريخ دخول قانون منغوليا بشأن مركزها كدولة خالية من الأسلحة النووية حيز النفاذ.

Resolution 19 of the State Great Hural on measures to be taken in connection with the adoption of the Law of Mongolia on its nuclear-weapon-free status

1999-2000 Prepared the first draft of the Law of Mongolia on the Nuclear-Weapon-Free Status of Mongolia and the Resolution No. 19 of the State Great Hural (Parliament) of Mongolia in connection with the adoption of the Law on the Nuclear-Weapon-Free Status of Mongolia

Based on the all above and in connection with the adoption of the Law of Mongolia on nuclear-weapon-free status, the State Great Hural of Mongolia resolves:
واستنادا إلى ما تقدم، وفيما يتعلق باعتماد قانون منغوليا بشأن مركزها كدولة خالية من الأسلحة النووية، يُقرر برلمان منغوليا ما يلي:

3/ to report, as the case may be, to the Standing Committee on Security and Foreign Policy Affairs of the State Great Hural of Mongolia on the implementation of the Law of Mongolia on the nuclear-weapon-free status, of the present Resolution and other legislative acts adopted in conformity with them.
`3 ' تقديم تقرير، حسب الحالة، إلى اللجنة الدائمة المعنية بشؤون الأمن والسياسة الخارجية التابعة للمجلس الأعلى لمنغوليا بشأن تنفيذ قانون منغوليا المتعلق بمركز منغوليا كدولة خالية من الأسلحة النووية، وهذا القرار وسائر القوانين التشريعية المعتمدة طبقا لهما.

Welcoming the declaration by Mongolia in 1992 of its nuclear-weapon-free status and passage of the Law of Mongolia on its Nuclear-Weapon-Free Status, which entered into force on 3 February 2000,
إذ ترحب بإعلان منغوليا في عام 1992 عن مركزها كدولة خالية من الأسلحة النووية وإقرارها قانون منغوليا المتعلق بمركزها كدولة خالية من الأسلحة النووية، الذي دخل حيز النفاذ في 3 شباط/فبراير 2000،

The enactment of the Law of Mongolia on the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens (1993), which establishes equality between foreigners and Mongolian citizens in the exercise of their rights and freedoms, is also welcomed by the Committee.
وتعرب اللجنة أيضا عن ترحيبها بسن قانون منغوليا المتعلق بالمركز القانوني للرعايا اﻷجانب )١٩٩٣(، والذي ينص على المساواة بين اﻷجانب والرعايا المنغوليين في ممارسة حقوقهم وحرياتهم.

I have the honour to forward herewith a draft report prepared by the governmental working group on the implementation of the Law of Mongolia on its nuclear-weapon-free status and the resolution of the State Great Hural (Parliament) (see annex).
يشرفني أن أحيل طيه مشروع تقرير أعده الفريق الحكومي العامل المعني بتنفيذ قانون منغوليا المتعلق بمركزها كدولة خالية من الأسلحة النووية، وقرار خورال الشعب العظيم (البرلمان) (انظر المرفق).

Allow me to draw attention to the draft report entitled " Information on the implementation of the Law of Mongolia on its nuclear-weapon-free status and resolution of the State Great Hural " , prepared by a governmental working group and annexed to document A/61/293.
وأود أن أسترعي الانتباه إلى مشروع التقرير المعنون " معلومات عن تنفيذ قانون منغوليا بشأن مركزها كدولة خالية من الأسلحة النووية، وقرار مجلس الشعب الأعلى " الذي أعده فريق عامل حكومي والمرفق بالوثيقة A/61/293.

(d) Mongolia continues to pay particular attention to the implementation of the Law of Mongolia on its nuclear-weapon-free status, adopted on 3 February 2000.
(د) وتواصل منغوليا إيلاء الاهتمام لتنفيذ قانون منغوليا بشأن مركزها كدولة خالية من الأسلحة النووية، الذي اعتمدته في 3 شباط/فبراير 2000.

The Mid-Term Strategy and Action Plan on the Implementation of the Law of Mongolia on Promotion of Gender Equality (LPGE) (2013-2016) were approved in January 2013.
وتم اعتماد استراتيجية وخطة عمل منتصف المدة لتنفيذ قانون منغوليا المتعلق بتعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين (2013-2016) في كانون الثاني/يناير 2013.

In this connection, Mongolia established in May 2006 an inter-ministerial working group to review the progress achieved in the implementation of the Law of Mongolia on its nuclear-weapon-free status and resolution 19 of the State Great Khural (Mongolian Parliament) on measures to be taken in connection with the adoption of the Law.
وفي هذا الصدد، أنشأت منغوليا في أيار/مايو 2006 فريقا عاملا مشتركا بين الوزارات لاستعراض التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ قانون منغوليا المتعلق بمركزها كدولة خالية من الأسلحة النووية والقرار 19 الذي اتخذه مجلس الدولة الأعلى (البرلمان المنغولي) بشأن التدابير المقرر اتخاذها فيما يتعلق باعتماد القانون.

It gives me pleasure to forward herewith to you the official English translations of the Law of Mongolia (see annex I) on its nuclear-weapon-free status and of the Parliament Resolution (see annex II) on measures to be taken in connection with the passage of the above Law, adopted by the State Great Hural (Parliament) of Mongolia on 3 February 2000, both of which entered into force on the same day.
