30 - وردا على رسالتي المؤرخة 31 أيار/مايو، أبلغني رئيس الوزراء بالنيابة ووزير خارجية الكويت في رسالة مؤرخة 3 حزيران/يونية 2002 أن حكومة الكويت وافقت على اقتراحي المتعلق بإعادة إنشاء الآلية المشار إليها أعلاه وأن الكويت ترحب بالجهود التي تبذلها جامعة الدول العربية.

2. In paragraph 8 of the resolution, the Security Council decided to establish a working group of the Council to review the reports of the mechanism referred to in paragraph 3 of the resolution, to review progress in the development and implementation of the action plans referred to in paragraph 7 of the resolution and to consider other relevant information presented to it.
٢ - وفي الفقرة 8 من ذلك القرار، قرر مجلس الأمن أن ينشئ فريقا عاملا تابعا للمجلس يُعهد إليه باستعراض تقارير الآلية المشار إليها في الفقرة 3 من القرار، وباستعراض التقدم المحرز في وضع خطط العمل المشار إليها في الفقرة 7 من القرار وتنفيذها، وبالنظر في أي معلومات أخرى تقدم إليه في هذا الصدد.

52. Invites Parties and admitted observer organizations to submit to the secretariat, by 25 March 2013, their views on the matters referred to in paragraphs 50 - 51 above, including information, experience and good practice relevant to the design and operation of the mechanism referred to in paragraph 50 above;
