It was stated that the Model Law, while enacted as part of domestic legislation, and therefore domestic in character, should be interpreted with reference to its international origin in order to ensure uniformity in the interpretation of the Model Law in various countries.
وذكر أن القانون النموذجي رغم أنه يسّن كجزء من التشريع المحلي، وهو بالتالي محلي بطبيعته ينبغي أن يفسر باﻹشارة الى مصدره الدولي لضمان الاتساق في تفسير القانون النموذجي في مختلف البلدان.
