In addition, the Advisory Committee was still awaiting the clarification it had requested concerning the role of the Executive Secretary of ECA, the ECA secretariat and the committees of intergovernmental experts of the multinational programming and operational centres (MULPOCs) in programme formulation and implementation.

64. Institutional restructuring has involved the transformation of the multinational programming and operational centres (MULPOCs) into subregional development centres (SRDCs), and strengthening these centres, in terms of human and financial resources.
٦٤ - أما إعادة تشكيل هياكل المؤسسات فقد اشتملت على تحويل المراكز المتعددة الجنسيات للبرمجة والتنفيذ الى مراكز إنمائية دون إقليمية، وعلى تعزيز هذه المراكز من حيث الموارد البشرية والمالية.

1. Expresses its appreciation to the General Assembly for the measures already taken to strengthen the capacity of the multinational programming and operational Centres to respond adequately to the needs of their member States and their intergovernmental organizations;

" The five intergovernmental Committees of Experts of the multinational programming and operational Centres of the Economic Commission for Africa shall continue to meet every two years and report to the Conference of African Ministers Responsible for Trade, Regional Cooperation and Integration and to the Commission through the Technical Preparatory Committee of the Whole.
" تواصل لجان الخبراء الحكوميين الدوليين الخمس التابعة لمراكز البرمجة والتنفيذ المتعددة الجنسية في افريقيا عقد اجتماعاتها مرة كل سنتين، وتقدم تقاريرها الى مؤتمر الوزراء الافريقيين المسؤولين عن التجارة والتعاون الكامل الاقليميين وكذلك الى اللجنة عن طريق اللجنة التحضيرية التقنية الجامعة.
