36- تنصح الفقرة 5 من المقرر 13/15 ' ' الأطراف التي طلبت تغييرات في بيانات خط الأساس المبلغ عنها عن سنوات الأساس أن تعرض طلباتها على لجنة التنفيذ التي ستعمل بدورها مع أمانة الأوزون ومع اللجنة التنفيذية لتأكيد مبررات التغييرات ثم عرضها على اجتماع الأطراف للموافقة عليها``.

13 - عملاً بالفقرة 5 من مقرره 13/15، قام اجتماع الأطراف بإبلاغ الأطراف بأن تعرض طلباتها المتعلقة بإجراء تغييرات في بيانات خط الأساس المبلغ عنها على لجنة التنفيذ التي ستعمل مع أمانة الأوزون واللجنة التنفيذية على إثبات المبررات لإجراء التغييرات وتقديمها إلى اجتماع الأطراف للموافقة عليها.

By paragraph 5 of decision XIII/15, Parties were informed that any request for changes to reported baseline data should be submitted to the Implementation Committee, which would work with the Ozone Secretariat and the Executive Committee to confirm the justification for the changes and present them to the Meeting of the Parties for approval.
13 - أُبلغت الأطراف في الفقرة 5 من المقرر 13/15 بأنّ أيّ طلب لتغيير بيانات خط الأساس المبلغ عنها ينبغي أن يُقدَّم إلى لجنة التنفيذ التي ستعمل بدورها مع أمانة الأوزون ومع اللجنة التنفيذية لتأكيد مبررات التغييرات ثم عرضها على اجتماع الأطراف للموافقة عليها.

(c) To forward the draft decision, contained in annex I (section D) of the present report, which incorporates Fiji's plan of action, to the seventeenth Meeting of the Parties for approval, should the Party not notify the Committee prior to the conclusion of its thirty-fifth meeting that it wishes to revisit the time-specific benchmarks contained in the draft decision.
(ج) أن تحيل مشروع المقرر الوارد في المرفق الأول (الفرع دال) من هذا التقرير الذي اشتمل على خطة عمل فيجي وذلك للاجتماع السابع عشر للأطراف لاعتماده إذا لم يبلغ الطرف اللجنة قبل اختتام اجتماعها الخامس والثلاثين بأنه يرغب في إعادة النظر في علامات القياس المحددة زمنيا ًالواردة في مشروع المقرر.

The recommendation recorded the Committee's agreement to forward the draft decision, contained in section I of the annex to the present report, which incorporates Fiji's plan of action, to the Seventeenth Meeting of the Parties for approval, provided that the Party did not notify the Committee prior to the conclusion of its thirty-fifth meeting that it wished to revisit the time-specific benchmarks contained in the draft decision.
وأن التوصية سجلت موافقة اللجنة على إحالة مشروع مقرر وارد في القسم الأول من المرفق بهذا التقرير والذي يدرج خطة عمل فيجي، إلى الاجتماع السابع عشر للأطراف لاعتماده شريطة ألا يكون الطرف قد أخطر اللجنة قبل اختتام اجتماعها الخامس والثلاثين بأنه يرغب في تنقيح علامات قياسه ذات الأطر المحددة زمنياً الواردة في مشروع المقرر.
