While taking note of the " Plan of Action for the Reduction of Absolute Poverty " (PARPA 1 and 2), the Committee remains concerned about the extreme poverty of part of the population of the State party and its impact on the equal enjoyment of economic, social and cultural rights by the most disadvantaged ethnic groups (art. 5 (e)).
