(a) To continue to undertake all the necessary actions to complete the full implementation of the regional programme for Latin America and the Caribbean;

2. Requests the Secretariat of UNIDO to identify and mobilize financial resources which, without affecting the resources assigned to other regions, will permit the implementation of the regional programme for Latin America and the Caribbean;
