Another report (E/CN.4/1996/94), which reproduced a large part of the report submitted to the Assembly, but which was supplemented by a section on economic, social and cultural rights, was submitted to the Commission on Human Rights at its fifty-second session.

In paragraph 116 of the report submitted to the Commission on Human Rights, document E/CN.4/1997/24, the Special Rapporteur maintained that various forms of terrorist attacks are carried out by highly specialized criminal agents who are hired to blow up aircraft, mine bridges, destroy buildings and industrial complexes, assassinate and kidnap persons, etc.
57- وذكر المقرر الخاص، في الفقرة 116 من التقرير المقدم إلى لجنة حقوق الإنسان في الوثيقة E/CN.4/1997/24، أن شتى الهجمات الإرهابية ينفذها عملاء متخصصون تخصصا عاليا في الإجرام يُستأجرون لنسف الطائرات وتلغيم الجسور وتدمير المباني والمجمعات الصناعية، واغتيال الأشخاص واختطافهم، إلخ.

Regarding section 7, part B, of the report submitted to CICTE, which is entitled " Border controls " , the Legal Advice Unit of ONIDEX considers it relevant to make the observations set out below.

39. The delegation of Yemen took note with appreciation of the report submitted to the Committee, but must point out that it was far from comprehensive; for example, the comments on the repercussions of the Israeli occupation of the Syrian Golan were very brief.
٣٩ - واختتم كلامه قائلا إن وفد اليمن رغم تقديره للتقرير المقدم الى اللجنة، فهو يلاحظ أن التقرير لم يستوف الجوانب كلها وفيما يتعلق بالجولان السوري لم يتطرق التقرير الى اﻵثار السيئة المترتبة على الاحتلال الاسرائيلي.
