Concerning breaches of personal rights in the Internet, individuals can apply in accordance with the Article 9 of the said Law.

Article 4 of the said Law states that

A set of measures has been taken to facilitate implementation of the said Law. These measures include:

Section 3 of the said Law regards the provision of funds, material or any other form of assistance towards planning and execution of any of the activities specified in the law.
ويتعلق الجزء 3 من القانون المذكور بتوفير الأموال أو المواد أو أي شكل آخر من أشكال المساعدة من أجل تخطيط وتنفيذ أي نشاط من الأنشطة المحددة في القانون.

Section 3 of the said Law regards the provision of funds or any other form of assistance towards committing or planning of any of the activities specified in the Law as acts of terrorism.
وتتعلق المادة 3 من القانون المذكور بتوفير الأموال أو أي شكل آخر من أشكال المساعدة من أجل ارتكاب أي نشاط من الأنشطة المنصوص عليها في قانون أعمال الإرهاب أو التخطيط له.

Further, Article 11 of the said Law stipulates that if the person is unable to pay the fine, as a substitute, that person shall be imprisoned.
وفضلا عن ذلك، تنص المادة 11 من القانون المذكور على أن أي شخص غير قادر على تسديد الغرامة فإنه يعاقـب بالحبس بدلا من ذلك.

Article 2 of the said Law stipulates that terrorism constitutes one of the 15 predicate crimes that trigger money laundering.
وتنص المادة 2 من القانون المذكور على أن الإرهاب يشكل جريمة من بين 15 جريمة أصلية تتسبب في غسل الأموال.

Article 10 of the said Law prohibits the organization of mass events aimed at promoting the change of the constitutional order by force or disseminating propaganda of war or social, national, religious or race hostility.
وتحظر المادة 10 من القانون المذكور تنظيم تجمعات جماهيرية ترمي إلى تغيير النظام الدستوري بالقوة أو نشر دعاية الحرب أو العداء الاجتماعي والقومي والديني والعرقي.

According to Article 7 of the said Law, the result of the process initiated upon a request or complaint of a Turkish citizen concerning himself/herself or the public in general shall be made known to him/her in no later than two months.
ووفقاً للمادة 7 من القانون المذكور فإن نتيجة الإجراءات المباشرة إثر الالتماس أو الشكوى التي يرفعها مواطن تركي فيما يتعلق بشخصه أو بالجمهور، تبلّغ إليه في غضون مدة لا تزيد على شهرين.

However, as the Constitutional Court stopped the implementation of Article 1 of the said Law, Public Auditor Institution could not complete the institutionalization process.
غير أنه بالنظر إلى أن المحكمة الدستورية قد أوقفت تنفيذ المادة 1 من القانون المذكور لم تتمكَّن المؤسسة العامة لمراجعة الحسابات من استكمال عملية إضفاء الطابع المؤسسي.

:: Article 56 of the said Law prescribes that a foreigner may be expelled from Bosnia and Herzegovina if he, by the sentence in effect, has been pronounced guilty because of criminal acts having, among other things, characteristics of terrorism or any other form of organized crime.
:: تنص المادة 56 من القانون المذكور على أنه يجوز طرد أي أجنبي من البوسنة والهرسك إذا صدر بحقه حكم قطعي بالإدانة بسبب ارتكابه أعمالا إجرامية تنطوي في جملة أمور أخرى، على أنشطة إرهابية، أو أي شكل آخر من أشكال الجريمة المنظمة.

Article 7 of the said Law provides for the establishment of an Independent 12 member Administrative Authority (F.I.U).
وتنص المادة 7 من القانون المذكور على إنشاء هيئة إدارية مستقلة مؤلفة من 12عضوا (وحدة الاستخبارات المالية).

189. It may be known that comprehensive protection is provided to women by the provisions of section 37 of the said Law which provides that if the child accused is a girl, she shall be kept under the supervision of female custodian.
189 - ومن المعروفً أن الحماية الشاملة منصوص عليها بالنسبة للمرأة بأحكام البند 37 من القانون المذكور الذي ينص على أنه لو كان الطفل المتهم فتاة، فيجب أن تبقى تحت إشراف حاضنة.

Subject to Paragraph 3 of Article 24 of the said law: " a foreign citizen may be prohibited to leave the Republic of Georgia:
ورهنا بالفقرة 3 من المادة 24 من القانون المذكور فإنه: " يجوز منع أحد الرعايا الأجانب من مغادرة جمهورية جورجيا، في الحالات التالية:

153. Following the adoption of the Law on Foundations 107 non-Muslim minority community foundations have applied for the registry of immovable properties in accordance with the provisional Article 7 of the said Law.
153- وعقب اعتماد قانون المؤسسات، طلبت 107 مؤسسات مجتمعية تابعة لأقليات غير مسلمة تسجيل أموالها غير المنقولة وفقاً لأحكام المادة 7 من القانون المذكور.

Section 3, lit (c), of the said Law reads: " Organisations that are not permitted shall not form or continue to exist and pursue activities " .
وتنص الفقرة (ج) من المادة 3 من القانون المذكور على ما يلي: لا تنشأ منظمات غير مأذون بها أو تواصل البقاء وتتابع الأنشطة. "

The Law on the Protection of Persons with Disabilities provides that a person with disabilities who has been subjected to harm through violence may, in accordance with article 59 of the said Law, file a complaint with an organization representing persons with disabilities.
وينص قانون حماية الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة على أنه يجوز للشخص ذي الإعاقة الذي يتعرض للإيذاء عن طريق العنف أن يتقدم بشكوى لدى إحدى المنظمات الممثلة للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، وذلك وفقاً للمادة 59 من القانون المذكور.

By virtue of article 24 of Law 1419/84, discrimination based on religion, discrimination on the ground of racial or national origin was added and it is regulated by the provisions of the said Law.
وبموجب المادة ٤٢ من القانون ٩١٩١/٤٨٩١ يدخل في نطاق القانون، بالاضافة الى التمييز القائم على الدين، التمييز القائم على العرق أو على اﻷصل القومي الخاضع للقانون المذكور.
