Taking note of the letter of the transitional authorities of Mali dated 23 September 2012 to ECOWAS on the conditions for the deployment of ECOWAS troops in Mali and underscoring the importance of addressing the actions outlined therein,
وإذ يحيط علما برسالة السلطات الانتقالية في مالي المؤرخة 23 أيلول/ سبتمبر 2012 إلى الجماعة الاقتصادية لدول غرب أفريقيا بشأن شروط نشر قوات الجماعة في مالي، وإذ يشدد على أهمية تناول الإجراءات المحددة فيها،

6. Declares its readiness, upon receiving the report of the Secretary-General referred to in paragraph 7 below, to respond to the request of the transitional authorities of Mali regarding an international military force to assist the Malian armed forces in recovering the occupied regions in the north of Mali;
6 - يعلن استعداده، لدى تلقيه تقرير الأمين العام المشار إليه في الفقرة 7 أدناه، للاستجابة إلى طلب السلطات الانتقالية في مالي المتعلق بنشر قوة عسكرية دولية تساعد القوات المسلحة المالية على استعادة المناطق المحتلة في شمال مالي؛

Taking note of the letter of the transitional authorities of Mali dated 1 September 2012 to the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) requesting military assistance to reorganize the Armed Forces of Mali and restore the territorial integrity of Mali, of which the north is occupied by terrorist groups, and combat terrorism,
وإذ يحيط علما برسالة السلطات الانتقالية في مالي المؤرخة 1 أيلول/سبتمبر 2012 إلى الجماعة الاقتصادية لدول غرب أفريقيا، التي طلبت فيها المساعدة العسكرية من أجل إعادة تنظيم القوات المسلحة لمالي، واستعادة السلامة الإقليمية لمالي، التي تحتل أراضيها في الشمال جماعات إرهابية، ومكافحة الإرهاب،

Taking note of the letter of the transitional authorities of Mali dated 18 September 2012 addressed to the Secretary-General, requesting the authorization of deployment through a Security Council resolution of an international military force to assist the Armed Forces of Mali acting under Chapter VII as provided by the United Nations Charter, to recover the occupied regions in the north of Mali;
وإذ يحيط علما برسالة السلطات الانتقالية في مالي المؤرخة 18 أيلول/ سبتمبر 2012 إلى الأمين العام طلبا للإذن بنشر قوة عسكرية دولية، بواسطة قرار لمجلس الأمن، من أجل مساعدة القوات المسلحة المالية، بموجب الفصل السابع من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، لاستعادة المناطق المحتلة في شمال مالي؛

6. Declares its readiness, upon receiving the Secretary-General's report referred to in paragraph 7 below, to respond to the request of the transitional authorities of Mali regarding an international military force assisting the Malian Armed Forces in recovering the occupied regions in the north of Mali;
6 - يعلن استعداده، بمجرد تلقي تقرير الأمين العام المشار إليه في الفقرة 7 أدناه، للاستجابة إلى طلب السلطات الانتقالية في مالي نشرَ قوة عسكرية دولية تساعد القوات المسلحة المالية على استعادة المناطق المحتلة في شمال مالي؛

(iii) Encouraged ECOWAS, the African Union, the United Nations and the European Union, in cooperation with Mali and other stakeholders, to expedite the finalization of the joint planning to respond to the request of the transitional authorities of Mali for an African-led international military force to assist the Malian armed forces to recover the occupied regions in the north of Mali.

To support, as feasible and appropriate, the efforts of the transitional authorities of Mali, without prejudice to their responsibilities, to bring to justice those responsible for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Mali, taking into account the referral by the transitional authorities of Mali of the situation in their country since January 2012 to the International Criminal Court;
القيام، حسب الضرورة والإمكانيات، بدعم ما تبذله السلطات الانتقالية في مالي، ودون مساس بمسؤولياتها، من جهود ترمي إلى تقديم المسؤولين عن جرائم الحرب والجرائم ضد الإنسانية في مالي إلى العدالة، مع مراعاة إحالة السلطات الانتقالية في مالي الحالة في بلدها منذ كانون الثاني/يناير 2012 إلى المحكمة الجنائية الدولية؛
