A fair hearing was granted to the defendants in accordance with due process of law and respect to the court and the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

Turkey's recognition of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus is a valid proof of the intention of Turkey to continue to protect the Turkish Cypriot people as co-founder partner of the former 1960 Republic and as co-founder partner of any agreement that will be made in the future.
ويعتبر اعتراف تركيا بالجمهورية التركية لشمال قبرص دليلا صادقا على اعتزام تركيا مواصلة حماية الشعب القبرصي التركي بوصفه شريكا مؤسسا لجمهورية عام 1960 السابقة وكشريك مؤسس لأي اتفاق يبرم في المستقبل.

The Greek Cypriot administration has no jurisdiction, control or authority whatsoever over the national territory, airspace or flight information region of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
وليس لدى اﻹدارة القبرصية اليونانية أية ولاية أو سيطرة أو سلطة بأي شكل من اﻷشكال على اﻹقليم الوطني الخاص بالجمهورية التركية لشمال قبرص أو على مجالها الجوي أو منطقة معلومات الطيران التابعة لها.

It will be appreciated that this practice, in any event, falls totally within the sovereignty, competence and jurisdiction of the government authorities of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
ومن دواعي التقدير أن تكون هذه الممارسة بكاملها، على أي حال، في إطار سيادة وصلاحية وولاية السلطات الحكومية للجمهورية التركية لقبرص الشمالية.

Turkey's views and objections on this matter, as well as those of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, have already been expressed to the countries in the region and registered with the United Nations in the past.
