2. In the resolution, the Assembly requested the Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Programme to forward the following documents to the Open-ended Working Group:

The General Assembly, in its resolution 67/251, decided to change the designation of the Governing Council of the United Nations Environment Programme to the United Nations Environment Assembly of the United Nations Environment Programme.

5. Welcomes the efforts of the United Nations Environment Programme to promote maximum and cost-effective utilization of the conference facilities at its headquarters at Nairobi, and calls upon Governments and relevant intergovernmental bodies to support such efforts to ensure optimum utilization of the capacity of all United Nations conference facilities;
٥ - ترحب بجهود برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للبيئة الرامية إلى تحقيق الاستفادة القصوى، والفعالة من حيث التكلفة، من مرافق المؤتمرات بمقره في نيروبي، وتطلب إلى الحكومات والهيئات الحكومية الدولية المعنية مساندة هذه الجهود تحقيقا للمستوى اﻷمثل من الاستفادة من طاقة كافة مرافق مؤتمرات اﻷمم المتحدة؛

" 2. Urges the Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Programme to follow up on all environmental issues under negotiation in the Conference on Disarmament;
" ٢ - تحث المديرة التنفيذية لبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للبيئة على الاهتمام بالمسائل التي يدور حولها التفاوض في مؤتمر نزع السلاح والتي تتصل بالبيئة وعلى متابعة هذه المسائل؛

" 3. Invites the Governing Council of the United Nations Environment Programme to consider the above-mentioned report at its eighteenth session and submit its conclusions and recommendations to the General Assembly at its fiftieth session, through the Economic and Social Council. "
