Mr. Park Chul-Juo (Republic of Korea), speaking in exercise of the right of reply and referring the allegation by the representative of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea that the United Nations Command on the Korean peninsula had been established illegally, said that the use of the United Nations flag by the unified command had been authorized in Security Council resolution 84 (1950).
