42. The Global Initiative to End All Corporal Punishment of Children (GIEACPC) observed that during the first review of Argentina a recommendation to prohibit corporal punishment appeared in the body of the UPR Working Group report but was not included in the summary of recommendations.

WARO also supported Benin in helping the country in the preparation of the UPR Working Group review.

4. Recommendation 5: San Marino accepts this Recommendation in the light of the explanations provided by the San Marino Head of Delegation during the interactive dialogue on the occasion of the seventh session of the UPR Working Group of the Human Rights Council.
4- التوصية 5: تقبل سان مارينو بهذه التوصية في ضوء الإيضاحات التي قدمتها رئيسة وفد سان مارينو أثناء الحوار التفاعلي الذي نُظِّم بمناسبة عقد الدورة السابعة للفريق العامل المعني بالاستعراض الدوري الشامل التابع لمجلس حقوق الإنسان.

9. Recommendation 18: San Marino accepts this Recommendation in the light of the explanations provided by the San Marino Head of Delegation in her opening speech during the seventh session of the UPR Working Group of the Human Rights Council.
9- التوصية 18: تقبل سان مارينو هذه التوصية في ضوء التوضيحات التي قدمتها رئيسة وفد سان مارينو في كلمتها الافتتاحية التي ألقتها أثناء الدورة السابعة للفريق العامل المعني بالاستعراض الدوري الشامل التابع لمجلس حقوق الإنسان.

11. Recommendations 20/21: The legal order of the Republic of San Marino affirms and guarantees the principle of equality and the prohibition of any discrimination, as indicated in detail by the San Marino head of Delegation in her speech on the occasion of the seventh session of the UPR Working Group of the Human Rights Council.
11- التوصيتان 20/21: يؤكد النظام القانوني في جمهورية سان مارينو مبدأ المساواة ويضمنه ويحظر أي تمييز، على النحو الذي بينته تفصيلاً رئيسة وفد سان مارينو في الكلمة التي ألقتها بمناسبة عقد الدورة السابعة للفريق العامل المعني بالاستعراض الدوري الشامل التابع لمجلس حقوق الإنسان.

Considering the shortage of human resources within San Marino Administration, and as already mentioned in the national report and in the opening speech by the San Marino Head of Delegation during the seventh session of the UPR Working Group of the Human Rights Council, San Marino would not be able to fulfil the obligation under Article 29, with consequent further delays in the submission of national reports.
وبالنظر إلى نقص الموارد البشرية الذي تعاني منه إدارة سان مارينو، وإلى ما ورد من قبل في التقرير الوطني وفي الكلمة الاستهلالية التي ألقتها رئيسة وفد سان مارينو أثناء الدورة السابعة للفريق العامل المعني بالاستعراض الدوري الشامل التابع لمجلس حقوق الإنسان، فإن سان مارينو غير قادرة على الوفاء بالتزامها بموجب المادة 29، مع ما يترتب على ذلك من تأخير إضافي في تقديم التقارير الوطنية.

However, taking into account the shortage of human resources within San Marino Administration and as already indicated in the national report and in the opening speech by the San Marino Head of Delegation during the seventh session of the UPR Working Group of the Human Rights Council, San Marino would not be in a position to guarantee full and effective implementation of Article 6 of the Optional Protocol.
