" Consequently, it should contribute actively to the work of the Working Group established under General Assembly resolution 48/26 of 3 December 1993 by bringing its wealth of experience to an analysis of the role of the Security Council in current conditions, in strict implementation of the letter and the spirit of the Charter of the United Nations.

At its forty-seventh session, the General Assembly took note of the report of the Working Group established under its resolution 46/55 (A/C.6/47/L.10) and decided to re-establish the Working Group at its forty-eighth session in the framework of the Sixth Committee, to continue its work (decision 47/414).
وفي الدورة السابعة واﻷربعين، أحاطت الجمعية العامة علما بتقرير الفريق العامل المنشأ بموجب القرار ٤٦/٥٥ (A/C.6/47/L.10)، وقررت أن تعيد إنشاء الفريق العامل في إطار اللجنة السادسة في دورتها الثامنة واﻷربعين لمواصلة أعماله )المقرر ٤٧/٤١٤(.

10. Mr. AL-SUWAIDI (United Arab Emirates), introducing draft decision A/C.6/48/L.13, said that the draft, a preliminary version of which had been the subject of consultations in which a number of delegations had participated, reflected the consensus of the Working Group established under General Assembly resolution 46/52 and had substantial support.

٢ - تدعو الدول إلى أن تقدم إلى اﻷمين العام تعليقاتها بشأن استنتاجات رئيس المشاورات غير الرسمية المعقودة عملا بمقرر الجمعية العامة ٤٨/٤١٣ المؤرخ ٩ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٣، وبشأن تقارير الفريق العامل المنشأ بموجب قرار الجمعية ٤٦/٥٥ المؤرخ ٩ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩١ والمقرر ٤٧/٤١٤ المؤرخ ٢٥ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٢؛

By paragraph 2 of its resolution 49/61, the Assembly invited States to submit to the Secretary-General their comments on the conclusions of the chairman of the informal consultations held pursuant to Assembly decision 48/413 of 9 December 1993, and on the reports of the Working Group established under Assembly resolution 46/55 of 9 December 1991 and reconvened pursuant to its decision 47/414 of 25 November 1992.
2 - وفي الفقرة 2 من قرارها 49/61، دعت الجمعية العامة الدول إلى أن تقدم إلى الأمين العام تعليقاتها بشأن استنتاجات رئيس المشاورات غير الرسمية المعقودة عملا بمقرر الجمعية 48/413 المؤرخ 9 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1993، وبشأن تقارير الفريق العامل المنشأ بموجب قرارها 46/55 المؤرخ 9 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1991 والمعاد إنشاؤه عملا بمقررها 47/414 المؤرخ 25 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1992.

، قررت الجمعية العامة، بعد أن أحاطت علما بالتقرير الشفوي الذي قدمه في الجلسة ٣٥ من جلسات اللجنة السادسة رئيس الفريق العامل المنشأ بموجب قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٦/٥٢ المؤرخ ٩ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩١، أن تستأنف النظر في دورتها الحادية والخمسين في الجوانب القانونية التي تنطوي عليها العلاقات الاقتصادية الدولية )المقرر ٤٨/٤١٢(.
