" Article 1: The purpose of this Decree is to fix the rules applicable to weekly rest and paid public holidays.

The extensive provisions of sections 1 to 3 of this Decree contain definitions of these kinds of work and workplaces.

Article 2 of the Prime Minister's Decree on Anti-Money Laundering (ML Decree) further states " [m]oney [l]aundering refers to the acquisition of money or assets deriving from offences as specified in Annex 1 of this Decree [which includes corruption], that have been transformed, utilized, possessed " .

6. For the purposes of the application of the provisions of this Decree, a deserter shall be considered to be any person who has been absent from his unit without authorized leave for more than 15 days.
سادسا - يعتبر هاربا ﻷغراض تطبيق أحكام هذا القرار كل من غاب عن وحدته بدون عذر مشروع مدة تزيد على خمسة عشر يوما.
