(b) Putting in place a mechanism for collecting, analysing and monitoring national case law related to UNCITRAL texts relevant to that State and integrating such a mechanism into the existing UNCITRAL systems aimed at addressing the need of the judiciary to better understand the internationally prevailing application and interpretation of UNCITRAL standards and achieve effective cross-border court cooperation.
