45. The representative of the Secretary-General informed the Committee that agreement in principle had now been reached with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) on the establishment of unified conference services at Vienna to be administered by the United Nations.
٤٥ - أبلغ ممثل اﻷمين العام اللجنة أنه تم اﻵن التوصل الى اتفاق من حيث المبدأ مع منظمة اﻷمم المتحدة للتنمية الصناعية )اليونيدو( بشأن إنشاء خدمات موحدة للمؤتمرات في فيينا تقوم بإدارتها اﻷمم المتحدة.

In view of the need for the establishment of unified conference services at Vienna as soon as possible, expressed by the General Assembly in its resolution 48/218, section I.C, of 23 December 1993, the Committee urged the Assembly to complete its consideration of the item by the end of 1994.
وازاء وجود حاجة إلى انشاء خدمات موحدة للمؤتمرات في فيينا في أقرب وقت ممكن، وهي حاجة أعربت عنها الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٤٨/٢١٨ جيم المؤرخ ٢٣ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٣، حثت اللجنة الجمعية العامة على انجاز النظر في البند في موعد أقصاه نهاية عام ١٩٩٤.

In its resolution 48/218 C of 23 December 1993, the General Assembly also stressed the need for the establishment of unified conference services at Vienna as soon as possible and requested the Secretary-General to report no later than at its forty-ninth session.
كذلك أكدت الجمعية العامة، في قرارها ٤٨/٢١٨ جيم المؤرخ ٢٣ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٣، الحاجة إلى إنشاء خدمات موحدة للمؤتمرات في فيينا في أقرب وقت ممكن وطلبت إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم تقريرا عن إنشائها في موعد لا يتجاوز دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين.
