86. Loss of working capacity is permanent when the beneficiary is completely and permanently unable to perform his or any other appropriate job and if he cannot acquire the capacity to perform another appropriate job at full working hours by retraining or additional training.
86- ويعتبر ضياع القدرة على العمل دائماً حين يكون المستفيد عاجزاً تماماً وبشكل دائم عن أداء وظيفته أو وظيفة مناسبة أخرى، وإذا لم يكن يستطيع أن يكتسب القدرة على أداء وظيفة مناسبة أخرى كعمل لطيلة الوقت بعد إعادة التدريب أو التدريب الإضافي.

Medical, professional and social rehabilitation of invalids is achieved in accordance with the individual rehabilitation programme which is implemented by a medico-social examination (medical examination of working capacity) performed by the State and local public administration and representatives of public organizations for invalids.
315- وتقدم خدمات التأهيل وفقاً لبرنامج تأهيل فردي يطبق على الفرد المعاق بعد إجراء فحوصٍ طبية اجتماعية (وهي فحوص طبية تجرى لمعرفة مدى القدرة على العمل) تقوم بها كل من الإدارة العامة الحكومية والمحلية وممثلو المنظمات العامة للمعوقين.

The monthly allowance consists of 1 per cent of average monthly earnings per 1 per cent loss of working capacity (occupation-specific or general).

The Law has introduced a new system of assessing disability and working capacity: the level of working capacity has replaced the invalidity group. The task of assessing disability and working capacity has been delegated to a single institution, the Disability and Working Capacity Assessment Office under the Ministry of Social Security and Labour.
159- كما أدخل القانون نظاماً جديداً لتقييم الإعاقة والقدرة على العمل: مستوى القدرة على العمل ليحّل محل فئة العجز، كما أن مهمة تقييم الإعاقة والقدرة على العمل أصبحت من اختصاص مؤسسة وحيدة هي مكتب تقييم الإعاقة والقدرة على العمل التابع لوزارة الضمان الاجتماعي والعمل.

(b) Insurance against temporary loss of working capacity and expenses associated with maternity and bereavement (Social Insurance Fund for Temporary Incapacity);

56. Findings, opinions and assessment of working capacity and options of employment or maintenance of employment shall be provided by the expert body of the organization in charge of pension and disability insurance (Article 9, paragraph 3).

(a) Assuring adequate material support in old age, in the case of loss of working capacity or of a breadwinner, for the whole population, which means that after the reform, most citizens in these circumstances will have an adequate income as a result of combining the State pension with a private one.
(أ) ضمان توفير الدعم المادي لجميع السكان في مرحلة الشيخوخة وفي حالة عدم القدرة على العمل أو كسب العيش، وهذا يعني أن معظم المواطنين الذين يواجهون ظروفاً كهذه سيحصلون بعد الإصلاح على دخلٍ وافٍ ينتج عن الجمع بين المعاش التقاعدي الحكومي والمعاش الخاص.

273. A comparison of the number of recipients of lump-sum and periodic compensations for the loss of capacity to work reveals that the difference in the number of men and women receiving lump-sum compensations for the loss of working capacity is much smaller than the difference in the number of men and women who receive periodic compensations for the loss of working capacity.
273 - يتبين من مقارنة عدد الحاصلين على مبلغ إجمالي والحاصلين على استحقاقات تُصرف لهم دوريا كتعويض عن فقدان القدرة على العمل أن الفارق بين أعداد الرجال والنساء المتلقين لتعويضات في شكل مبالغ إجمالية عن فقدان القدرة على العمل أقل بكثير من الفارق بين أعداد الرجال والنساء الحاصلين على تعويضات تصرف لهم دوريا عن فقدان القدرة على العمل.
