An offer cannot be accepted after the time limit expires unless the offeror informs the offeree without delay that the acceptance is effective.
ولا يمكن قبول الإيجاب بعد انقضاء المدّة المحدّدة ما لم يبلغ الموجِب الموجب له دون تأخير بأنّ القبول نافذ. النفاذ بالقيام بعمل ما

A period of time for acceptance fixed by the offeror by telephone, telex or other means of instantaneous communication, begins to run from the moment that the offer reaches the offeree.
ويبدأ سريان المدّة التي يحدّدها الموجب للقبول بواسطة الهاتف أو الفاكس أو غير ذلك من وسائل الاتصال الفوريّ، من لحظة وصول الإيجاب إلى الموجب له.

However, if a notice of acceptance cannot be delivered at the address of the offeror on the last day of the period because that day falls on an official holiday or a non-business day at the place of business of the offeror, the period is extended until the first business day which follows.
أما إذا لم يمكن تسليم الإشعار بالقبول في عنوان الموجب ممكناً في اليوم الأخير من المدّة المحدّدة لأنّ ذلك اليوم يوافق عطلة رسميّة أو يوم عطلة عمل في مكان عمله، فتمدّد المدّة حتى أول يوم عمل لاحق.

1. Article 22 provides that an offeree may withdraw its acceptance if the withdrawal reaches the offeror before or at the same time as the acceptance becomes effective.
1- تنصّ المادّة 22 على أنّه يجوز للموجب لـه أن يسحب قبوله إذا وصل السحب إلى الموجب قبل أو في نفس وقت نفاذ القبول.

2. A contract is concluded when communications between the parties, as interpreted in accordance with article 8, establish that an acceptance of an offer reaches the offeror.
2- ينعقد العقد عندما تحدّد المراسلات بين الطرفين، كما تفسّر وفقاً للمادّة 8، أنّ قبول الإيجاب وصل إلى الموجب.
